Quad driving safety rules, Drivers must be over 18 and hold a valid driver`s license. All passengers must be over 12 years old. Each driver and passenger will undergo training to learn how to drive the quad before the start of the excursion. Driving a quad is much more dangerous than driving a car. Each driver is responsible for the driver next to him. This system is called (buddy system) and it is an added security measure. In order to ensure the safety of the vehicle, the driver must be in good physical and mental condition. Practical shoes also required. No high heels or open-toed sandals. The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited before and during the excursion. If the driver notices inappropriate behavior or suspects drug or alcohol abuse, he has the right to exclude the person from the tour. By checking the general conditions of sale, all drivers and passengers are responsible for their actions. The company or the guide cannot be held responsible for accidents, material damage or bodily injury. Driver clients must hand over their driver`s licenses and/or passports to the guide and read and sign the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and sign the (disclaimer) as well as acceptance at the overall risk of driving a quad Before the ride begins, drivers must also sign a deposit confirmation to leave one. In case of possible damage, the driver will be detained at the police station and subject to legal procedure in Montenegro until the damage is reimbursed (in case the deposit does not cover the damage) It is strictly forbidden to use a mobile phone during the journey. Some places are provided for photo stops. Photo taking is permitted when the quads are parked and the engine is off. During the journey, mobile phones must be placed in the rear compartment of the vehicle. Don`t do anything that might distract you from safe driving and always keep both hands on the wheel. One-handed driving is not permitted. Quads are not vehicles equipped with roll bars or cabins. So the only protection is the gear you wear. This is the reason why the driver and the passenger do not have to remove their helmets which are provided. The minimum distance between 2 quads must be 5 meters. Please do not leave keys in the lock while the quad is unattended Please note that it is prohibited: Abuse of alcohol or drugs while driving the vehicle Mobile phone use while traveling Take photos during the trip Operate the steering wheel when tired Always wear a helmet!
